This Law establishes the essential requirements for all construction works which are being constructed, reconstructed and repaired within the Republic of Lithuania territory, territorial waters and its continental shelf which is located in the international waters and in which the Republic of Lithuania has the exclusive rights, the procedure for technical regulation of construction, construction investigation, design of construction works, construction, its completion, utilization and maintenance, demolition of construction works as well as the procedure of the supervision of the above activities, the responsibility and principles of activities in this field of construction participants, public administration entities, owners (or users) of construction works and other legal and natural persons.
